Booking and Rates
The house is available for rental from April 1 to October 31.
We are listed on VRBO, please check available dates there and feel free to book using VRBO. The average rate is $359 per night, with a 1-week minimum stay starting Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am.

Terms when renting directly with us
When we confirm your reservation, we ask for 30% of the rental fee, with the remainder due 60 days prior to your arrival.
Fees for cancellations/No-show
Cancellations more than 6 months prior to arrival: no cancellation fee.
Cancellations from 6 months to 60 days prior to reserved date, we will return the deposit if we are able to rent the house to another guest.
Your full payment is due 60 days prior to the day of arrival. Up until 30 days before arrival date, we will refund 50% of the total rental. In the last 30 days prior to the rental date, there are no refunds.
